SUMMARY:44th Annual Christmas Open House
DESCRIPTION:Our 19th-century era Sturgeon House will be beautifully decorated for the holidays. \nThe Misery Bay Dulcimers will provide live holiday music. \nEnjoy some warm wassail by the fire as the kids make a seasonal craft. \nThis is the perfect opportunity to support the society. \n\nYou can pick up your pre-ordered fresh wreaths.\nYou can buy a raffle ticket with a chance to win a $250 Gift Card for Madeline’s Restaurant.\nYou can become a member of the society or renew your membership for 2026.\n\nYou can also purchase a customized etched brick to support our 50th/250th Celebrations. \nThe Founders Time Capsule honors the dedicated Fairview citizens who have told the community’s story for the last 50 years. \nThe time capsule will be opened in 2076\, in anticipation of the next group of Fairview history keepers. \nThe Freedom Bell project is in conjunction with the America250 Celebration. \nA bell will be set on the Sturgeon House property\, and it will ring for two minutes on July 4th\, 2026\, in celebration of the country’s 250th Birthday\, marked by the signing of the Declaration of Independence. \nPurchasing a customized brick supports the joint projects!

DESCRIPTION:The Sturgeon House will be open from Noon to 3 pm for an EARLY BIRD commemorative Brick Sale.  \nCommemorative Bricks can also be purchased ONLINE from our GIFT SHOP.  \nAny bricks purchased in December 2025 will be $10 off the original $75 price.
